Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use dovilita.org, book a session, ceremony or event, join a class or mentorship, or buy from the shop. By booking, paying or buying, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to me at hello@dovilita.org before you book.
The nature of this work
My work is spiritual and energetic. It is meant to support you, not to replace medical, psychological or other professional care. I do not diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe, and nothing I offer is a medical service. Keep working with your doctors and keep taking any prescribed medication unless they tell you otherwise. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
Who can take part
Sessions, ceremonies, classes and mentorship are for adults 18 and older. You take part voluntarily, and you are responsible for giving honest and complete health information, including medical conditions, medications, pregnancy and anything else I ask about.

Kambo sessions require a completed intake form and a screening call before a booking is confirmed. I may decline, pause, stop or reschedule any session at any time if I believe it is not safe for you. If you do not share accurate health information, you take full responsibility for the outcome.
Risks you accept
Spiritual, energetic and plant-based practices can bring strong physical and emotional reactions. With Kambo, these can include nausea, vomiting, swelling, flushing, dizziness, changes in heart rate or blood pressure, and fainting. I explain what to expect before your session. By taking part, you understand and accept these risks.

If I believe you need medical help during a session, I may call emergency services.
Release of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Dovilita from any claims, losses or injuries arising from your voluntary participation in sessions, ceremonies, events, classes or mentorship, or from using products bought here. This does not apply to harm caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Results are personal and never guaranteed.

Some services also require a signed waiver or consent form. Those documents are part of these terms.
Booking and payment
Sessions are paid at booking unless we agree otherwise. To avoid booking fees, pay by cash or Zelle. Cash session payments require a $50 deposit through Zelle, applied toward your total. Contact hello@dovilita.org for payment instructions or same-day availability.
Kambo is arranged personally after you complete and pass the assessment. We agree on the date and time together. A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your session and goes toward its price; pay online or through Zelle after approval. A single session is $200. Full Detox — three sessions is $450 and must be used within 6 months. The Kambo deposit is not covered by the session refund terms below.
Private Session Series are paid in full, non-refundable, transferable, and valid for 6 months. Other prepaid packages follow the terms on the Sessions page. The price agreed at booking is the price you pay.
Cancellations and rescheduling
When you book, I hold that time for you alone. Here is how changes work:

48 hours or more before your session: full refund, minus the online booking and payment processing fees.

24 to 48 hours before: no refund, but the full amount becomes a credit toward another session, to use within six months.

Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: $50 is kept, and the rest becomes a credit toward another session, to use within six months.

Booking and payment processing fees are not refundable. These session terms also apply to classes and mentorship.

Ceremonies, events and workshops: contributions are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 48 hours before, your contribution can go toward a future gathering. You are also welcome to pass your spot to a friend. Just let me know their name.

If I have to cancel, you will get a full refund or the choice to reschedule.

If something serious happens on your side, reach out to me first at hello@dovilita.org. I understand that life happens, and exceptions may be made.
Privacy and confidentiality
What you share with me in a session stays between us. I only share information if you ask me to, if someone's safety is at serious risk, or if the law requires it. How this website handles your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Shop orders
Orders from the shop are covered by the Shipping & Returns policy. Products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Website content
All content on this website, including text, photos and designs, belongs to Dovilita and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disputes and governing law
If a problem comes up, please write to me first so we can try to resolve it together. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes and the rest of these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book or buy is the one that applies. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
