Shipping & Returns
Everything in the shop is made by hand in small batches. Here is what to expect when you order.
Shipping
Free shipping within the United States on orders of $55 or more. For smaller orders and international orders, shipping is based on weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are packed by hand, and once your order ships you will get an email with tracking. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in their country.

If I can't ship your order within 30 days, I'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, write to me at hello@dovilita.org.
Returns
Unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please write to hello@dovilita.org before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once the item arrives and is checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Final sale
For hygiene reasons, opened salves, skincare and incense can't be returned.
Damaged or wrong item
Email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I'll replace it at no cost.
Handmade
Natural ingredients and handcrafted objects vary slightly from piece to piece. That is part of their nature, not a defect.
Using the products
Salves, body butters, scrubs and skincare are for external use only. Patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Incense should never be left burning unattended. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
