Transformational Guide
Hi, I'm Dovilita.

My work began long before I had a name for it. In my family, ancestral spiritual practices were woven into everyday life, reaching back to my great-grandparents. Some were taught; others I came to understand through experience. Since childhood, I have felt drawn to what lives beneath the surface—to dreams, intuition, and the quiet presence of the unseen.
Â
That thread later led me to the Peruvian Amazon, Costa Rica, and Mexico, where study and apprenticeship deepened what had begun in childhood. The wisdom shared with me invited a different kind of listening—to the forest, to spirit, and to what reveals itself when we become still enough to notice.
Â
Today, my work brings together these teachings, my ancestral roots, and my background as a registered nurse. I hold space with presence, respect, and intention, allowing each encounter to unfold in its own way. Some things become clear through words. Others are understood through experience.

How I work
I begin by listening to you and reading your energy. What you share, what I sense in your energy field, and the intention you bring all guide the work. Sometimes there are words for what you have been carrying; sometimes it is simply a feeling that something needs to change. We begin there, with your body, your energy, and your spirit.
I draw from ancestral practices, energy work, sound, breath, and ritual. I listen to my intuition while staying attentive to you. Each session has its own rhythm. We move with care, allowing time for what comes up and for you to settle before you leave.
What I hope you leave with
Lighter. Clearer. More connected to yourself and more at home in your own body, knowing you don't have to carry everything alone. My work is about helping you remember who you truly are, and giving you the space to live as that person.
Where you'll find me
Private sessions happen in my home studio in Aurora, Illinois. Ceremonies, workshops and gatherings are announced on the Events page as they're scheduled, with the location for each one. I also hold a women's circle inside my community.
