This policy explains what information dovilita.org collects, why, and how it is protected. This website is run by Dovilita in Aurora, Illinois, and hosted on Wix.com.
What I collect

Contact details you give me, like your name, email address and phone number, when you send a message, book, register for an event, join the community list or place an order.

Booking and order details, such as the service or products you choose and your shipping address.

Health and intake information you share before a session, especially for Kambo. This is used only to keep you safe.

Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies by the website platform.

You don't have to give me any information to browse this site.
How I use it
To reply to you, manage bookings and orders, keep sessions safe, send the emails you asked for, and improve this website. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else handles it
Payments are processed securely by the payment providers at checkout. I never see or store your full card details. The website, bookings, forms and emails run on Wix.com, which stores data on my behalf. Beyond this, information is only shared when the law requires it.
Emails
If you join the community list, I'll email you about ceremonies, workshops, circles and new KuraLuma batches. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Cookies
This website uses cookies so it works properly and so I can understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@dovilita.org.

I take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep intake and health details private. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but I treat what you share with care.
